Fire Sprinkler System Testing
We inspect fire sprinkler systems in a wide range of commercial settings, including hospitality, medical, retail, and warehouse settings. Fire sprinkler systems are generally required in new builds per standard building codes adopted by local authorities and city planning.
Local and state codes dictate the inspection frequencies, but at a minimum fire sprinkler systems are to be annually inspected per NFPA 25.
We inspect the following fire sprinkler systems:
Wet Sprinkler Systems
Dry Sprinkler Systems
Anti-freezeSystems
Electric Fire Pumps
Deluge Sprinkler Systems
Pre-Action Sprinkler Systems
Foam Sprinkler Systems
Diesel Fire Pumps
5-Year Inspections
We provide thourough 5-year inspections according to NFPA 25, including 5-year internal obstruction investigations and 5-year fire department connection hydrostatic testing and inspections.
It is critical that properties that have fire sprinkler systems perform this inspection frequency in according to NFPA 25, so that systems are checked for blockages that could damage, impair, or hamper the overall function and performance of a fire sprinkler system.
Blockages vary, but BFP has been 2x4s, shirts, animals, etc.
We also inspect pre-action systems and perform 3-year full trip tests, and more. Please reach out today to get on our schedule!
Bighorn Fire also provides:
NFPA 10 - Fire Extinguisher Inspection and Maintenance
NFPA 101 Emergency & Exit Lighting Inspections
